Tree Grove dedicated to Akong Rinpoche on Holy Isle

Funds are being raised for a copse of native trees to be planted on Holy Isle in memory of Choje Akong Rinpoche. Rinpoche developed large scale projects in eastern Tibet and elsewhere, to reforest and protect the land, wildlife, and medicinal herbs, and to benefit our wider environment. Thus it is fitting that this new grove will be planted in his honour.
